A Letter from Gary

Hello,

I have dedicated my life to taking care of my own family, and therefore I care deeply about helping you do the same for yours. Whether you have a farm or ranch that you are passing on to the next generation, or you simply have children and assets you want to secure, it is crucial to have a clear and organized plan so your family can continue living peacefully.

“I have one goal: to ensure families don't self-destruct upon the death or disability of a loved one.”

I have always seen practicing law as an opportunity to serve those around me by not just educating you on what the law says, but guiding you to make wise legal and financial decisions. When I began my time as a USDA mediator, I saw the need to help rural families in the same way, which is why I chose to obtain my International Farmer's Transition Network certification. It is this certification along with my 30+ years of experience being an attorney and mediator that makes me an exceptional asset to my clients.

This practice has always been about family, and that's becoming even more true. My daughter, Kristy, currently serves our clients as a paralegal, and she's well on her way to becoming an attorney herself. Within the next five years, she'll join me in the practice, bringing the same dedication to Oregon families that has guided my work for over three decades. It means a great deal to me that the values and relationships we've built here will continue into the next generation.

I look forward to helping you take care of your family and ensure the security of the assets you have worked so hard for.

Sincerely,

Gary Linkous
